Associate Psychotherapist
Compassionate therapist offering a safe, nonjudgmental space. I view pain as inevitable but suffering as optional. Using an integrative approach—person-centered therapy, ACT, schema therapy, IFS, mindfulness, and existential/Buddhist psychology.
I help clients build self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. Therapy available in English and Mandarin.

Associate psychotherapist
I help people gain insight, manage emotions, and take steady steps toward healing. I work with diverse clients, especially those facing life changes, relationship issues, anxiety, and identity questions. Together we explore underlying patterns and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I use a collaborative, human-centered mix of talk therapies (CBT/DBT, relational) and body-aware practices to support lasting well-being. I believe connection heals and therapy can hold vulnerability, growth, and even laughter.
