Insurance & Pricing
Do you take insurance for therapy?

We are in-network with most major insurance plans, including: UnitedHealthcare (UHC) & Optum (including Oxford, Oscar, UMR, and Student Resources), Aetna (Commercial plans), Cigna (Commercial plans), Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Empire BCBS for NY residents), Carelon Behavioral Health.

For clients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or have out-of-network benefits, we offer competitive private pay rates. We recommend booking a free consultation to discuss pricing and how we can work within your budget.
